Digital guest book for your B&B
In a B&B, all guests receive the same warm welcome, but not always the same room information. With a digital guest information folder, you can share details about the property as well as the information specific to their room and stay.
One property, several rooms
On Verblijfmakers, rooms within the same B&B count as a single property. The Basic plan includes one guest folder. The Plus plan supports up to six guest folders per property, each with its own room information, codes and PDFs.
A self-catering flat or holiday home counts as a separate property. You can manage multiple properties within the same account. The pricing page sets out what is included and the cost of an additional property.
From room information to a personalised link
First, fill in the details of the accommodation and the rooms: reception, parking, facilities, house rules and your own tips. Then add the booking, including the room, dates of stay and the guest’s language. Share the personalised guest link via WhatsApp or email.
Check the room details and the selected languages before inviting your first real guest. In the public demo, you can explore the guest app and the management system using fictitious data.
Overview during your stay
Guests can find practical information and send a message from their folder. With Plus, this includes, amongst other things, the honesty bar, services, the schedule and the guest bill. You can record payments received and create an invoice.
A guest’s bill is not an automatic payment: you keep track of what the guest has already paid. Requests for things such as a dinner or a treatment are also only confirmed once you have given your approval.
The same information in the room
The PDF is included with the Basic and Plus packages. With the Plus package, each room can have its own design. You must order the hardback separately; always check the PDF and the delivery address before placing an order for printed materials.
