What counts as an additional property?
Rooms within one B&B belong to the same property. An independently rented apartment or holiday home counts as a separate property, even at the same address.
Trial period and adding a property during the year
All prices include VAT. You keep the same annual renewal date. When adding a property during a paid year, you pay proportionally for the remaining period; the cost is shown in advance. During an ongoing trial, that trial also applies to the additional property.

Registration, privacy and messages
Guest registration is part of Plus, with automatic data transfer for Spain and Portugal. The integration for Italy is currently under development. For other countries, the details entered are stored in the administration system; additional requirements vary by country. Enable registration in your dashboard and add your privacy policy. Temporary pre-registration remains available for 30 days after departure. The secure archive adheres to the retention policy for each country, as confirmed by you. Identity checks and any required signatures remain the responsibility of the accommodation provider. Read about security and removal.
For Spain, automatic data transfer takes place via your own SES.Hospedajes connection. Once all guests have entered their details, the guest checks the summary and selects ‘Send’. The data is then forwarded directly. You can track the submission status in the management panel. Check-in applies to stays of at least two nights, provided the feature is enabled. Instant reviews require the review button to be enabled and a valid review link; review and follow-up emails require the guest’s consent.
For messages, the owner reads the language selected in Messages; the guest reads the language of their personal guest link. Translation works automatically in both directions. The original remains available. If translation temporarily fails, the original message is shown. Enable notifications separately on each device.
Mobile reminders for services require the guest’s consent. On an iPhone, installation on the home screen is required. The send time depends on automated processing. Tourist tax is disabled by default; you set the local rules yourself.

When does the free trial start?
30 days free starting with your first guest link. The trial begins no later than 60 days after you place your order. This gives you time to set up your property and rooms first.
How do I pay for the subscription?
You place your order via the payment portal and confirm your email address and direct debit authorisation there. After the trial period, you pay the full annual amount in one go by direct debit: €179.40 for Basic or €239.40 for Plus. The first 50 sign-ups can take advantage of the introductory price of €179.40 per year from the launch date, provided their Plus subscription continues uninterrupted. Additional properties cost €119.40 per year. The monthly prices (€14.95* for Basic, €9.95* for additional properties, €19.95* for Plus, or €14.95* with the introductory offer) are annual prices converted to monthly rates; you do not pay monthly. All amounts include VAT. Additional properties are added to the same subscription and share the same renewal date.

How do I cancel?
Use the "Cancel" option under "My Account" in the management portal. If you want to cancel during the trial period, do so before the first direct debit is processed. After cancellation, no new annual direct debits will be scheduled.

A hardback is a separate order costing €19.95 per book, including VAT, excluding postage. You check the order and pay for the printed copy separately. The annual subscription includes the PDF, but not the printed copy. In ‘Management’, you can track the most recently confirmed status of your printed copy and, as soon as it is available, the dispatch link. The order and payment summary is not a VAT invoice; you must request this from the supplier using your order number.
