You enter the information just once. Your guests will find what they need on their phones, right when it matters.

The current guest guide – try it for yourself.

Choose a moment during the stay and open the sections on the phone screen. Under ‘The House’, you’ll find ‘Suite’, ‘Food and Drink’, ‘Facilities’, ‘House Rules’ and ‘My Bill’ on separate pages. The surrounding area is also clearly organised.

2 · HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU

Everything in one place in your management system.

Choose below what you’d like to try out. The demo uses the same screens as the management system, with fictional guests and amounts.

MESSAGES · BASIS AND PLUS

You type in your own language. So does your guest.

Your guest opens Messages in the guest app to share an arrival time or ask a question. You read and reply to the message under Messages in your dashboard.

You type in the language you have set for your dashboard. Your reply is translated automatically into the guest’s chosen language. Messages from the guest are translated into your dashboard language in return.

The original message remains available. If translation is temporarily unavailable, you see the original.

GUEST FOLDER PLUS

Appointments that your guests can see straight away.

A confirmed dinner, lunch or treatment appears under ‘Today’ with the date, time and location. A booking is only finalised once you’ve confirmed it. If you set up a mobile reminder, the guest will receive it provided mobile notifications are enabled.

Guests choose their breakfast time and let you know about any preferences or allergies. In your calendar, you can see who’s coming and when, even if they’re staying in multiple rooms.

GUEST FOLDER PLUS

From a drink to a full bill.

Guests record drinks from the honesty bar. You add meals and other services. The guest can see everything in ‘My Bill’; you can see what’s still outstanding and record payments received.

Create an invoice using your accommodation’s details and logo. Save invoices by month and print or email them to the guest or accountant.

3 · GUEST DETAILS IN ADVANCE

Less double entry.

With Plus, guests enter their registration details through their personal link. You can see who is ready and what is still missing for each booking.

In Spain and Portugal, the details are submitted automatically through your own connection. The process varies by country.
